Casting

Ravinia Rose - The role of a girl with her group of friends having takeaway food. Will portray a character around the age of 20 meaning she is at the higher range of the target demographic. She will wear a tracksuit to show the more casual side of the advert representing you can get the delivery service no matter the occasion. By using Ravinia as one of my models i have also increased then ethnic differences within my advert displaying how everyone no matter age , gender or race will enjoy the delivery service.

George Reed - The role of  a man with his group of friends having takeaway food. Will portray a character around the age of 20 meaning he is at the higher range of the demographic. He will wear a shirt to represent the difference of the friends yet they join together for a takeaway as well as the media stereotype that people in Essex dress up even if there is not a special occasion making them 'extra'.

Natalia Chochorowska - The role of a girl with her group of friends as well as collecting the delivery food.  She will portray a character around the age of 18 meaning she is in the middle of the age demographic. She will wear a grey top at the table shoot however a denim jacket with my logo on the back to show how she supports the company and orders from them often. She will link to the Essex stereotype due to her make up and tanned skin which is shown with the shoot of the mobile phone where i emphasise the tan further by increasing the contrast of her skin in Photoshop to display a darker tan adding to the theme of Essex.

Elliot - The role of  a man with his group of friends having takeaway food as well as the delivery man.He will wear a grey polo shirt to represent the delivery man as well as the friend due to circumstances which i thought the top suited the brief i wanted for both the table and delivery shoot. I will make him look different through my editing and his facial expressions. I chose Elliot due to him matching the Essex stereotype of  being "the typical Essex boy" with a perm and dressed up.

Props

This prop is Chinese takeaway which i used as the food for my advert during the table shoot of the advert as an example of what the food delivery service has to offer.

This prop is paper bags that were used from other delivery services turned inside out meaning the logo is not seen due to copyright as well as making it easier for me personally to edit the 'your food' trademark logo onto the bag.

This picture is of fizzy drinks used by the models in the shoot revolving the table to make the theme of friends getting together for a takeaway more realistic. I put the drinks into clear glasses to remove the chance of copyright laws effecting the advert.

Costumes

Elliot will play the role of  a man with his group of friends having takeaway food as well as the delivery man.He will wear a grey polo shirt to represent the delivery man as well as the friend due to circumstances which i thought the top suited the brief i wanted for both the table and delivery shoot. I made this decision because people in Essex tend to wear muscle fit shirts to emphasise their muscles therefore by the the shoot of the delivery being flirtatious the shirt emphasised this further. Elliot's hair also represented a stereotypical Essex boy by the tight curls due to it being a famous trend in the Essex community.

 George will play the role of  a man with his group of friends having takeaway food. Will portray a character around the age of 20 meaning he is at the higher range of the demographic. He will wear a shirt to represent the difference in class between the friends. Both males are wearing smart clothing to represent them returning from a workplace environment however by one model wearing a polo and the other wearing a shirt it also represents class identity. By the model wearing a shirt and glasses making him look more intellectual therefore coming from a higher class where as the model wearing the polo shirt may come from a middle class background

Natalia will play the role of a girl with her group of friends as well as collecting the delivery food.  She will portray a character around the age of 18 meaning she is in the middle of the age demographic In the shoot for the delivery she will wear a black denim jacket with the design of the 'your food' logo on the back. I did this as it makes the logo memorable as well as fashionable. She will also wear a tight grey crop top to represent the female identity as well as emphasising her youth. She will wear red lipstick as it not only matches the logo but also the stereotype that Essex females wear dramatic make up when out with their friends.

As well opposes the fact that the media portray images of stereotypical women and this behaviour reinforces societal views. The media does this because they believe it reflects dominant social values (what people believe in) and male producers are influenced by this. This is a patriarchy (a society ran by men for men) which dominates and oppresses women that Van Zoonen believes.
